We want every aspect of your holiday to be a pleasurable, stress free experience, that's why we've made booking very easy with 5 simple steps:
  1. Contact us at info@windwoodbay.co.uk to check availability for the dates you want.
  2. Pay your deposit by credit card, "PayPal" or post a cheque to us.
  3. Sign & return our booking forms.
  4. Settle the outstanding balance at least 60 days prior to your arrival at our Florida home.
  5. Follow the driving directions and entry instructions.

Nearly forgot the most important bit:

***A pre-bookable daily maid service is also available locally (chargeable).***
***PC hire is available locally (chargeable).***
***Pool & Jacuzzi heating can be pre-booked (chargeable).***

  • 25% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your booking.

  • Full payment required by at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

  • 7 nights minimum stay during High & Premium seasons, (4 nights minimum at all other times).

  • Last minute deals, Special Offers and length of stay booking discounts often available - please ask.

  • One time cleaning fee charged for all bookings of less than 5 nights.
